Are your products gluten free?
Our products are manufactured in a factory in which gluten, grasses, nuts, strawberries, cocoa and other allergens are processed or handled. However, our product labels will indicate whether they contain any of the main allergen groups. If you have any doubt about using our products, please consult your physician.

Are your products organic?
We include as many certified organic ingredients as possible, but our products are not certified organic. All ingredients we use that haven't been certified organic are still grown by organic standards, or have been harvested from the wild. In our ingredient list, you'll find an indicator (like an asterisk*) that shows whether an ingredient has been certified organic

Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
We develop and manufacture all our products with sensitive skin in mind. However, it's a good idea to test any new product before use. Put a small amount of that product on the inside of your forearm. Make sure to have fully cleaned and dried that area before applying the new product. Wait a few hours. If there's no sign of sensitivity, you might not have sensitivities towards that product. If you're still not sure, please contact your physician or dermatologist.

When do the products expire?
On average and when stored properly, our products have an expiry date (use until date) of two years after manufacturing. We have printed the expiry date on our products along with a batch number so we can track each of our products leaving our facilities.

Is Aevi packaging recyclable?
Aevi uses materials from recycled, traceable and future-thinking sources, primarily in the USA or in Europe. We avoid plastic and use post-consumer recycled paper, aluminium, and glass. Our caps can most often be recycled, but unfortunately not the pumps, this is why we recommend refills! We are committed to making better choices as we find better options.

Where are Aevi ingredients sourced from?
All of Aevi's ingredients come from suppliers we know and trust. After a vetting process we choose suppliers that hold similar values as we do; respecting our fellow living beings, respecting the environment we live in, incorporating thoughtful production processes, and aiming for quality over quantity. Most of our ingredients come from sustainable and organically certified sources.

How do I track my order?
Once you've placed an order, you will receive status updates via notifications in your email inbox, on your phone and/or in 'Your Orders'. As soon as the order is ready to ship, you will receive a link to track the status of your order when it's on its way to you. You will also find a link to the Track & Trace of your order in 'Your Orders'.

This could be the case, for example, if you ordered a larger than usual number of the same product and not all of these items are at the same facility at the moment of processing your order. You can then find the different shipments in your account in 'Your Orders' or you could check the packing slip in your shipment box. Is this not the case? When can I expect my Aevi package to arrive?
After having gone through a successful payment process, please anticipate on 2-5 business days (Mon-Fri) before your order is delivered. As soon as your order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation with a Track & Trace code. More information on your orders can be found in 'Your Orders'.

For orders in the United States under $50, our flat rate shipping cost is $4.90. If your order fits into an envelope, like our product samples, then the flat rate is $1.90.
